FNM collects only the information you type into the inquiry form.

That is your name, your organization, your email address, your area of interest, and the content of your message. FNM collects nothing else, and FNM does not track you across other websites.

FNM uses your information only to answer your inquiry and to assess a possible engagement.

FNM does not sell, trade or share personal information with third parties.

FNM keeps inquiry records for 24 months, then deletes them.

FNM holds those records under access controls, and only the people at FNM who answer inquiries can open them.

This notice does not cover information FNM handles during a client engagement.

Where a healthcare administration engagement involves patient information, the written engagement agreement governs that information, including any business associate agreement required under HIPAA.

You may ask FNM at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you have given it.
